Substitute Opportunities

The Rincon Valley Union School District will only accept certificated substitutes who are currently registered with the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE).

• If you are not registered with SCOE, please call their Credentialing office for certificated substitute registration information at 707-524-2794.
• If you are registered with SCOE and would like to work as a Rincon Valley Union School District certificated substitute, you will need to complete a District Substitute Packet.

Please contact Abbie Mendenhall (amendenhall@rvusd.org) in Human Resources to set up an appointment to complete our sub packet. Plan to bring your social security card, your drivers license, and a voided check to your appointment. 

For classified substitute opportunities, please apply through EdJoin (Link to Job Postings) and email amendenhall@rvusd.org once you have submitted your application. We will then schedule a time for you to come in and complete the classified substitute packet.

Appointments take approximately 15 min. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm.
